Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Return Window: We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition and packaging.

All original brand tags must be firmly attached.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as final sale or clearance pieces and select personal home goods are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
